Directions:

Drink after eating dinner
Place one bag of MateFit Detox in a 16oz glass
Pour hot water (around 195 F)
Let it steep in hot water for 4-5 minutes (If you want to make it stronger and more effective, steep it up to 8-10 minutes)
Drink it when you feel comfortable with the temperature
